Mini Meatball PastaPasta con Mini Albóndigas
One pan, little meatballs, and a creamy spicy-tomato sauce that clings to every bow-tie. The pasta cooks right in the pan so it soaks up all the flavor — no separate pot, no draining, just one skillet and a hungry table.

- Make the mini meatballs: mix the ground beef with the Worcestershire, minced garlic, finely chopped onion, chopped parsley, and salt and pepper. Roll into small meatballs.
- Heat a little oil in a large pan and cook the meatballs, turning, until browned on all sides.
- Add the bow-tie pasta and the 4 cups of water to the pan. Cover and cook, stirring occasionally, until the pasta is done and most of the water is absorbed.
- Add the marinara sauce, heavy cream, and Parmesan. Mix gently until everything is coated and creamy.
- Top with more Parmesan and parsley, cover, and let it simmer on low for about 5 minutes. Serve hot.
